系統構架
系統組成
旋轉機械振動監測分析系統主要由以下幾個部分組成:
■振動數據采集器:
提供1路 鍵相信號、 8路 振動信號的現場振動數據采集;
通過1 0 M以太網連接構成系統現場采集網;
■數據采集站:
負責一個或多個振動數據采集器的數據收集、處理和數據庫存貯;
一方面通過現場采集網收集數據采集器數據,
另一方面通過以太網連接系統數據庫服務器和監測分析站組成振動監測分析網;
安裝Wi n d o ws 2 0 0 0 / X P系 統;
■數據庫服務器:
通過My S QL數 據庫系統存貯和管理系統數據;
安裝Wi n d o ws X P / S e r v e r 2 0 0 0 / 2 0 0 3系統;
為數據采集站、 監測分析站等提供數據庫訪問和網絡通信服務;
■監測分析站:
允許振動監測、 分析及故障診斷軟件;
安裝Wi n d o ws 2 0 0 0 / X P系統;

系統軟件
1、軟件組成TDM系統軟件為適應圖1典型架構的站點分布,主要分為以下幾個功能模塊:

4系統配置軟件監測分析(xi)站點提(ti)供數據(ju)采集、 通道參數、系(xi)統(tong)測(ce)點(dian)、 數據(ju)處理、 數據(ju)存貯等(deng)各方面的系(xi)統(tong)配置功能。
5監測分析(xi)軟(ruan)件監測(ce)分(fen)析站點(dian)提供(gong)全面、 豐富的振(zhen)動(dong)狀態監視、 振(zhen)動(dong)分析、 趨勢分析等功能。

2、系統軟件運行方式
系統數據采集、 監測分析、 故障診斷、 配置工具等軟件的運行方式有兩種:
■數據庫方式:
不需運行數據庫與網絡服務軟件,各功能軟件直接訪問系統數據庫;
■網絡方式:
各功能軟件通過連接到數據庫與網絡服務軟件,以網絡方式間接訪問系統數據庫。
